1. VOLUNTARY ATTENDANCE & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I voluntarily choose to attend this event and understand that crowds, dancing, music, lighting effects, food, beverages, and interactions with other guests involve risks. These include falls, collisions, hearing injury, reactions to food or lighting, injuries caused by other attendees, and property loss. These risks may result in serious injury or death. I knowingly accept these risks, subject to applicable law.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, I release DENX and its owners, officers, employees, and event volunteers from claims for injury, death, or property loss arising from my attendance, including claims caused by their ordinary negligence in operating the event, maintaining event areas, or supervising activities.

This release does not cover gross negligence, reckless, willful or wanton misconduct, intentional wrongdoing, or any liability or duty that cannot legally be waived, including nonwaivable safety and alcohol-related obligations.

3. AGE REQUIREMENT, GUEST CONDUCT & SAFETY

This event is strictly for guests age 21 and older. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry.

I agree to follow event rules and instructions from staff and security, remain in designated areas, avoid shop equipment and restricted areas, and keep emergency exits clear. Violence, threats, harassment, illegal drugs, and dangerous conduct are prohibited. DENX may refuse entry or remove guests who violate these rules or create safety concerns.

4. ALCOHOL & TRANSPORTATION

If alcohol is available, I will consume it responsibly and will not provide it to anyone under 21. I am responsible for my conduct and arranging safe transportation, and I will not drive while impaired.

5. PERSONAL BELONGINGS & INCIDENTS

I am responsible for securing my belongings. Any release concerning lost, stolen, or damaged property is subject to Section 2. I agree to promptly report injuries, unsafe conditions, or threatening conduct to staff and contact emergency services when necessary.

6. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE

By checking the required agreement box and completing my ticket purchase, I confirm that I am at least 21 years old, have read and understand these terms, and voluntarily agree to them. I understand that this includes giving up certain legal claims for ordinary negligence to the extent permitted by Colorado law. No separate handwritten signature is required.

My acceptance applies only to me. Purchasing tickets for others does not establish their acceptance. Each additional guest must be at least 21 years old and separately accept these terms electronically before entry.

7. COLORADO LAW & SEVERABILITY

Colorado law governs this agreement. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
